Equipment Request

The Office of Academic Affairs Computing Services (OAACS) group provides computing support and manages computing resources for the staff of these campus offices at UC Irvine:

  • Chancellor's Office
  • Executive Vice Chancellor's Office
  • Office of the Counsel to the Chancellor
  • Academic Budget Office
  • Academic Personnel Office
  • Academic Senate Office
  • Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity
  • Office of the Ombudsman
    University Editor's Office

OAACS provides equipment, such as laptops, LCD projectors, overhead projectors, for presentations, meetings and university business trips on a reservation system. Equipment is checked out using the form below. Please fill out and submit the form at least 1 week prior to the check out day. This will ensure your equipment reservation as well as allow us time to prepare the equipment for your use.

Equipment reservation:

If you have a list of multiple dates, start/end times and locations, leave Equipment Reservation section blank and list all event info in note section below.

OAACS will deliver, setup and picks up Equipment. Please allow 30 minutes prior to the start of your event for setup, i.e. if your meeting starts at 11:00 am, OAACS setup at 10:30 am. If there are scheduling conflicts with your location and setup time is less than 30 minutes, please let us know in the notes section below.
