OAACS handles support calls from nine departments. During busy periods, you may have to wait for an OAACS staffmember to finish assisting another user.
In the meantime, you may be able to find what you are looking for fairly quickly by utilizing other resources:

Our web page is stocked full of "how-to" documents. These documents are located at: knowledge Base

OAACS’ Library. We have computer books in our office which are available for checkout by any staff person from the offices we support. We have at least one book for each of our core applications
Contacting OAACS
For a faster response to general problems/questions, particularly those of a "Help Desk," nature, please fill out our online request form, rather than contacting an individual OAACS group member. This allows anyone in the group to respond even when the specific individual is busy elsewhere.
