Welcome to this exciting opportunity to share your interests and to exchange ideas with
Chancellor Drake.

For the 2009-2010 academic year, we are scheduling individual appointments with
individual students on a bimonthly basis.  These meetings will occur in October 2009,
December 2009, February 2010, April 2010 and June 2010.  Any registered student in good standing may participate.

A zotmail will be released to all undergraduate and graduate students inviting you to apply for that month's student office hours lottery.  Students will have approximately two days to request an appointment.  Students who are selected will be notified, by email, within three days of the lottery closing.  Meetings with the Chancellor are not transferrable to other students, and are meant to be a one-on-one opportunity.  Students who are not selected can reapply for the next bimonthly opportunity.
